In order to contract with Mu Du you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
For hat orders, please send us your head measurement place a tape measure on your forehead and pass around the head, ensuring that the widest part of the head is included, or where you would like your hat to sit. (A female’s average head is size 57cm or 22 inches).
Mu Du hats are made from 100% Australian wool.
To rid a wool hat of any lint or dirt it has accrued, use a soft bristled brush and steam, such as that from a kettle (be careful!) Using medium length strokes, go with the grain of the felt using a medium pressure and repeat until clean.
Most of Mu Du’s wool and fur hats are accompanied by a ribbon band and bow – these can get creased, the easiest way to rid any crease is, again, with a little steam.
Want something that’s not available online? We can custom make hats to suit your needs, all you have to do is get in touch and we’ll see what we can do! Mu Du offers a pick n’ mix service, so any ribbon band or embellishment that’s on a hat can be put on to another style and vice versa.
If you require a specific size or embellishment all you have to do is ask! Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your ideas. Custom-made hats are non-refundable.
